Members may not:

• Solicit and collect other members emails and or private information without the consent of other members and may not use this information for commercial purposes and or to send unsolicited mail • Register for more than one account under multiple user names and email addresses • Upload other member’s pictures without their knowledge and consent • Post political or inappropriate messages on the Message Board • Attempt to gain access to the member database • Make available content that, in the sole judgment of AfricaAlumni.com is objectionable or which inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Website, or which may expose AfricaAlumni.com or its users to any harm or liability of any type • Individual Account holders may not post business URLs on any section of their member profiles. All business website links should be posted on the Business Directory. • Create an Individual account with an undisclosed or disclosed purpose of soliciting member resumes. All Recruiters, HR Representatives, Head Hunters and all others whose primary goal is to solicit member resumes must create a corporate account for this purpose. Members should only submit resumes to members in their network, AfricaAlumni.com staff and / or Corporate Account holders

AfricaAlumni.com is NOT a dating service.

Members have the responsibility to practice caution when submitting CVs/resumes or any private information to third parties including other members. AfricaAlumni.com emails are clearly marked and are generated from AfricaAlumni.com domain email address. AfricaAlumni.com does not require members' bank information; all member fees are communicated directly from AfricaAlumni.com to our members and not a third party. It is member’s responsibility to report any fraud or suspicion of fraud to administrator@africaalumni.com. Africa Alumni LLC maintains the right of member admission and may terminate membership without any warnings or prior notice.

AfricaAlumni.com staff are under no obligation to monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, discussions, blogs, photos, video files, audio files, and the like on the Site, to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, political nature, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within any locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, political strife and unrest, or otherwise violate any law. AfricaAlumni.com will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing AfricaAlumni.com to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Membership Cancellation

To cancel your membership, send an email to administrator@AfricaAlumni.com at least 7 days before your next bill cycle please indicate the date that you would like your cancellation to be effective. This date must not be within 7 days of your next bill cycle. Cancellation requests will be processed within 72 hours. Within this time you may continue to receive communications that you received as a member. Please disregard as these will discontinue once your cancellation is processed.

AfricaAlumni.com maintains the right to update these Terms of Service without notice. You are required to keep yourself abreast with the current Terms of Service. AfricaAlumni.com maintains all rights awarded by the laws in USA judicial system.
