if you are travelling to Ghana and looking for a good and cheap accomodation: We have some single-room apartments to rent out. Especially for short term stays (at least one month).

Each room is provided with
- a toilet
- a shower
- a ceiling fan
- max. two high sleepers ( beds for four people).

Addfitonal facilities (e.g. a television, chairs, tables are not included) to keep the rents as low as possible. But of course they can be provided against a fee, if you wish so!

The central kitchen and the laundry must be shared with other tenants!

The brand new house with these very neat rooms are in Tema / Sakumono Estates (near Spintex Road to Accra) and is located in a quiet area in a backyard.

Price of each apartment is USD 350 per month (incl. electricity).
